Amara Salon Suites is an upscale, collaborative workspace that houses luxury salon suites. Each suite is independently occupied by local professionals whose standards are excellence and professionalism. Individual suite owners are responsible for their own legalities.
Having a salon suite gives you all the benefits of owning your own business without the risk and expense. Plus if you are a commission-based pay you can almost double your income and work the hours you want, be your own boss, and take time off when you want.
The rules are what you make them. You can use any product of your choice sell any product you want and keep all the profits. It is possible to pay your rent with retail profits!
Your clients will have the most personalized service ever. They have no one to deal with except their stylist in their own private room with your undivided attention. They love the experience.
Salon suites are designed for established beauty professionals with a solid client base. Although there will be advertising and systems to promote new business the concept is based on established professionals.
Also for salon owner that is ready for a change and what to get out of the everyday challenges of salon traditional salon ownership.
Booth renters that would like to take their business to the next level.
All tenants are responsible for obtaining the proper license(s) and/or certification(s) needed to legally run their business in the state of Pennsylvania. Additional requirements are federal tax ID (EIN), your business must be registered with the state of Pennsylvania, as well as general and liability insurance. We are able to assist with obtaining all necessary documents.
All suite occupants are expected to conduct orderly and law-abiding business. Wages do not have to be reported to the management team and no commission is required upon suite obtainment at Amara Salon Suites. With landlord rights in place, all occupants are responsible for themselves as business owners non-affiliated with Amara Salon Suites as an entity, as well as staff members and owners/investors. All occupants are encouraged to carry their own individual licensures if required, as well as personal practice insurance. Occupants are encouraged to maintain their individual municipal compliances, as this is pertinent for consistent health department approvals.
Suite rental pricing varies, considerate to suite size, window setting and plumbing. Rental pricing is weekly. All suite reservations are first-come, first-serve. A suite is considered reserved upon lease agreement and deposit receipt. Leasing is flexible for professionals, with lease terms ranging from six months to twenty-four months. Amara Salon Suites uses Docusign confidential portals to complete, store, and recollect all leases. An account with our third-party partner is not required.
Each provider designates his or her own schedule. The property is publicly accessible Monday - Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Outside of public accessibility hours, entry must be granted by the individual service provider. Please contact your service provider if you need to gain entry to the building outside of the standard public accessibility hours, or on a designated federal holiday when the building is closed to the public.
